DevEdge Ltd provides infrastructure under two service categories: Standard Hosting Services (shared DDR4 hosting on AMD EPYC architecture, VPS, VDS and dedicated servers), which may be unmanaged or partially managed depending on plan, with backup inclusion varying and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated; and Agency Hosting Services (managed VPS, VDS and dedicated servers), which includes proactive management and defined backup services as part of the agreement.
Shared hosting environments operate within controlled resource limits. Accounts may not consistently exceed allocated CPU, RAM or I/O limits, run persistent background daemons or inefficient high-frequency cron jobs, operate as file storage repositories, or consume more than 10% of overall server capacity. If usage affects platform stability, temporary throttling may apply, an upgrade may be required, and repeated breaches may result in suspension.
Resource limits are defined by the purchased plan. Clients are responsible for system configuration unless management is included, and excessive network abuse, spam activity or misuse may result in suspension. Unless explicitly included in the service plan, backups are not guaranteed: infrastructure-level snapshots are not considered client backups, and clients are solely responsible for implementing off-site backups.
Agency Hosting plans include proactive server management, security monitoring, defined backup services, and restoration support within reasonable limits. This includes automated server-level backups, a defined retention period as per the Agency agreement, and offsite storage where applicable, subject to reasonable storage limits, fair usage thresholds and account standing. While backups are included, clients are encouraged to maintain independent copies for mission-critical systems.
Hosting services may not be used primarily for archiving, file distribution, or backup storage unrelated to website operation. DevEdge Ltd reserves the right to restrict file types or request plan upgrades where storage usage is disproportionate to normal website hosting activity.
Unless otherwise agreed, accounts are limited to a maximum of 100 mailboxes per domain and 20GB total email storage per account. Bulk unsolicited mailing is prohibited, and excessive outbound mail may result in temporary suspension.
